How long does it take to make my order?
All orders are made from scratch; we do not keep stock of our pieces, depending on the size of the order, they are completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. You will be notified by email once your oder had been shipped.
How long does the shipping take and what shipping methods do you use?
Shipping time varies by location.
Shipping within Canada: 2-5 business days, all parcels are shipped via Canada Post Xpress mail. Parcels have a tracking number and full insurance coverage.
Shipping to the US: 1-2 weeks, all parcels are shipped via Canada Post Expedited mail, Xpress shipping can be arranged if you prefer (5 business days). Parcels have a tracking number and full insurance coverage.
Shipping outside North America: Depending on your location, shipping may take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks. All parcels are shipped via Canada Post Air mail. Parcels do not have a tracking number and only insured up to $100. Another shipping method can be arranged, Expedited mail has a tracking number and full insurance coverage, the cost is $60 and up, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
How much are the shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are set, regardless of your location and determined by the total purchase amount:
$1-$149.99: Shipping Fee: $15.00
$150.00-$249.99: Shipping Fee: $20.00
$250.00-$399.99: Shipping Fee: $25.00
$400.00-$499.99: Shipping Fee: $30.00
$500 and up: Shipping Fee: 35.00
How can I pay for my order?
At the moment we accept PayPal payments and credit card payments through Paypal (you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card). Once you re directed to make payment, you have a choice of paying by Paypal with your account or by credit card (no paypal account required).
Will I be notified when my order has been shipped?
Absolutely, you will receive an email notification from us when your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be provided in the email (if applicable).
How does your sizing work?

How do I know which size to order/is right for me?
In order to choice the correct size for you, you need to know you measurements. Below are simple instructions on how to take your measurements correctly:
Bust
The bust measurement is taken by placing the tape measure over the back, underneath the arms and then over the highest point on the bust. Do not pull the tape measure too tight. This should be an exact measurement, not too tight and not too loose.
Waist
It is very important to measure your true waist size, and not to pull the tape measure too tight. You should be able to slip two fingers between the tape and your waist.
Hip
The hip measurement is taken over the widest part of the hips.
Then chose the right size for you from the drop down SIZE menu.
What is Custom Size and how can I order my garment in a custom size?
Custom size is when we make the garment according to your specific measurements, to order a garment in a custom size, please select “Custom” option from the drop down SIZE menu, enter your Hips, Waist and Bust measurements in the spaces provided.
